Tbilisi Hills Golf Course is located at the foot of the Caucasus mountains, just 15 minutes from the old town of Tbilisi. The cornerstone of Lassi Pekka Tilander's design philosophy is to create new and still respect classic golf design traditions. At best, the course and the surrounding nature is combined seamlessly. The outstanding architecture of the Driving Range makes every training special. Most prominent part of Tbilisi Hills is its world class 18-hole golf course developed by renowned TilanderGolf Design (Finland), stretching over 110 hectares. Aptly designed golf course with stunning views will be able to host fans of this elite sport from around the world. 18-hole world class golf course with total area of 110 ha with fully equipped golf academy and club facilities.

Eligibility
Men and women 18 years and plus including members of the club and visitors with maximum certified handicap 24 for men and 36 for women.

Registration
Registration will open on 15 July 2019 with closing date 00.00am 15 September 2019. Registration should be made through the Georgian Golf Federation web site info@geo-golf.ge Registration is on first come first serve bases. Once all slots are booked, willing people could be put on a waiting list. Registering people from the waiting list, should there be drop outs, will be in a priority way according to the time of being placed on the waiting list

Tournament format
A two day 36 holes individual stableford (https://www.livestrong.com/article/185185-how-to-calculate-golf-handicap-and-stableford-points/) with full handicap allowance considering course ratings and slopes. The rules approved by the R&A Limited and local club rules will be applied to the competition. In case of a tie, the winner will be who scored better on the second day. if still tie then the winner will be who scored better on the back nine on the second day. If still tie, the winner will be who scored better on low index holes of the course on the second day.

1 place best stableford points –winner (men and ladies)
2 place second best stableford points – runner up (men and ladies)
3 place third best stableford points – third place (men and ladies)
Overall best net score – prize for the best payer of the tournament

Number of players
The upper limit of the number of players to be accepted is 72. The club has a fleet of 25 buggies and 30 push trollies.

Tee Times
11 am on both days – shotgun start. Players should come to the club no later then 9 am on the first day for check in and no later than 10:00 am the next day.

Entry fee
The entry fee amounts 240 EURO per person
The Entrée covers:
Two days green fees (local club members are exempted)
Two days breakfast at the club
Two days refreshments and snack/lunch between front and back nine holes
Cost of the Gala Dinner with prize giving ceremony on 29 September

Mode of payment
- Bank transfer (requisites will be available on the Federation site at the time of registration or cash at the time of check in on the first day

Additional cost:
Buggies on a shared bases 57,5 Gel per person. Baggies will be assigned on first come first served bases.
